Product Representation

The product matches its name and description accurately. The images are for illustrative purposes only and provide an approximate representation of the product.

Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food and beverage items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Used items (including machines, accessories, or opened packaging) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards, “Best Before”, or “Near Expiry” products (mentioned in the product name) are also non-returnable.


Return Process

Once approved, you have the following return options:

  • Bring the item yourself to our warehouse.
  • Use any shipping provider of your choice to send the item back.
  • Request our shipping agent to collect the item from you for return. However, please note that:
  1. You will be fully responsible for the order during the return process, including ensuring it is properly packaged and protected for safe delivery.
  2. Coffee Zone Misr will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or issues that occur during delivery.
  3. All shipping fees for this return will be at your expense.
  4. By proceeding with this option, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the item until it reaches us in its original condition.

If the return is due to a change of mind or without a valid reason, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items or Order Issues

  • If your order is missing any items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    Any reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted, and we will consider the order as complete.
  • If you ordered a beans-to-cup coffee machine, you have the right to inspect the machine upon delivery. Please report any issues before the delivery agent leaves, otherwise the order will be considered accepted and complete.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days if the payment was made online. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery or Instapay, the refund will be processed via Instapay.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) will also be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part.
