The extract has a compact hazelnut cream. The blend is characterized by an intense aroma that recalls spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper, a full body with light hints of dried fruit given by the presence of a good percentage of Robusta.
Arabica and Robusta beans from five different origins are masterfully mixed and roasted in the traditional Neapolitan way, in an espresso blend that balances between delicate floral aromas and pleasant biscuit notes.
